Cod and sauteed veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup brussel sprouts chopped
  • 1/4 cup bok choy chopped
  • 1/4 red onion diced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cod filet
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Season cod with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Bake forabout 10-15 minutes, until it is flakey.

  2. Wash and chop veggies. Sautee them in avocado oil and ginger, turmeric, and paprika until soft.
