Colorful smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup non-dairy plant milk of choice
  • vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed golden preferred
  • 1-1.5 cups organic spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine smoothie ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and place in freezer while preparing toppings, 5-10 minutes. Remove from freezer and top with toppings of choice.

Recipe Notes

Topping ideas include chopped fresh fruit (aim for a rainbow of colors), chopped nuts, unsweetened coconut, and hemp hearts.
