Hi, I’m Cindi. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your health and like your body has been hijacked. My journey began in my teens and led me to a lifelong mission: helping others uncover what’s really holding them back—and guiding them toward lasting healing through holistic, root-cause solutions.
With over three decades of experience in integrative and functional nutrition, I help women (and men!) connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and underlying imbalances. Together, we’ll build a personalized roadmap that helps you take back control of your health and body — and your life.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with your health and feel disconnected from your body. I’ve navigated adrenal exhaustion, hypothyroidism, a genetic blood clotting disorder (yes, a two-foot clot), long COVID, and the ever-evolving symptoms of the wild ride that is menopause. Through it all, I’ve become a firm believer in the body’s incredible ability to heal—when given the right support.

What makes functional nutrition different from conventional care?
We look at your whole body, not just isolated symptoms. We focus on prevention, root causes, and sustainable healing.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. I invest significant time outside of sessions researching, planning, and creating personalized support—care that insurance often doesn’t cover. However, I’m happy to provide a Superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Additionally, many clients use HSA or FSA accounts to pay for my services, allowing you to invest in your health with pre-tax dollars.
Why do you work in packages instead of single sessions?
Healing is a journey that requires time and consistency. Because most symptoms and chronic conditions develop gradually, reversing them calls for a thoughtful, phased approach. My packages offer the perfect balance of structure, accountability, and support to help you achieve real results. Whether you choose the VIP package or the à la carte option, we’ll collaborate over time to uncover your root causes and build lasting, meaningful change.
Are all appointments virtual?
Yes. I offer all sessions virtually using a HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows me to work with clients across the country while maintaining a secure, face-to-face connection via Zoom. During sessions, we can share screens, review labs, and collaborate just as we would in person — without the commute or scheduling stress.

The VIP Intro Package is perfect for clients ready to commit to a comprehensive 6-month journey. It includes lab testing, bi-monthly coaching sessions (transitioning to monthly), and ongoing support—ideal if you want to dive deep and maintain consistent progress.
The À La Carte option offers flexibility, letting you begin with an initial consultation and add lab testing or coaching sessions as needed. This approach is great if you prefer to take it one step at a time.
Can I work with you if I’m on medications or under a doctor’s care?
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with clients who are working with physicians or specialists. My goal is to complement your medical care with nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support your healing. I’m also happy to coordinate care with your healthcare providers if needed.
