This is a no obligation way for you to try out our services. We’ll speak on the phone for 30 minutes, and you’ll be able to get a feel for our approach and how we can help you. If you want to move forward working together after the call, great. If not, we are happy to help point you in a direction that might better suit your needs.

If you’ve been struggling with your health for a while or have already invested a lot of time and money, the last thing we want to do is waste any more of it. That’s why this call is significantly discounted, priced at $50. This amount will be applied to any service or program you sign up for, if you decide to do so. And, this call is completely private and confidential — we will never share your information or anything we discuss.

During the discovery call, we will:

  • Review your health challenges and primary complaints
  • Discuss what you’ve tried in the past, including what has or has not worked
  • Determine your wellness goals: What do you want to achieve? How do you want to feel?
  • Explore your readiness to tackle various lifestyle changes that could be critical to your success, including in areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and environmental toxins
  • Go over our program and service options to determine what, if any, are the best fit for you

Growing up I was overweight and ate a diet made up of convenient, processed foods. Then, when I was 16 years old, I had a tonsillectomy that resulted in weight loss. Seeing that I actually had muscle beneath my fat was enough to inspire me to abandon the unhealthy habits I had learned — I started exercising regularly, preparing nutritious meals and moving toward a holistic way of living.

As happy as I was about my new way of life, I was even more ecstatic when I learned I could make a career out of helping others do the same.
