Hi, I’m Cindi Lockhart, and I’ve been in women’s health for over 30 years. I’ve helped thousands of women navigate hormonal changes. But it wasn’t until menopause hit me personally that I truly understood how intense, confusing, and overwhelming this season of life can be.

We kick off new cohorts at the start of each month, with space for up to 10 women per cohort.

Is this only for women in menopause?

No — this program is ideal for women in both perimenopause and menopause.

What if I’m already on HRT?

You’re absolutely welcome. This program supports all women — with or without HRT.

What labs are included?

We include comprehensive functional lab testing focused on hormones and metabolism, completed via a blood draw. Please note: due to state regulations, participants in NY, NJ, and RI are not eligible for this testing and will be refunded the lab fee component (Full details provided upon sign-up).

Is this covered by insurance?

No, this is a private-pay program. However, we offer significant value and expert care you won’t find in traditional settings.

What if I can’t make the group calls live?

No problem — all calls are recorded and available in your portal.
