No, this program is tailored to meet the needs of women in both perimenopause and menopause.
*In fact, I encourage women in perimenopause to join so they can get ahead of the curve and experience a smoother transition into menopause.
What if I’m already on HRT?
You’re absolutely welcome. This program supports all women — with or without HRT.
What labs are included?
We include comprehensive functional lab testing focused on hormones and metabolism, completed via a blood draw.
Please note: due to state regulations, participants in NY, NJ, and RI are not eligible for this testing and will be refunded the lab fee component (Full details provided upon sign-up).
Is this covered by insurance?
