First steps first. You will be making big changes to your lifestyle throughout this program, so this session prioritizes where to start for the best success. We will explore foods to add, foods to ditch, how best to set up your kitchen, and other lifestyle tips.
This week we jump right into the nutrition changes you'll be making. We go through all of the specifics, emphasizing all you CAN do and have during this phase. We will supply you with plenty of tools and resources to assure ease, enjoyment, and success.
Let's face it - life happens. We want to be sure you can build these nutrition changes into your lifestyle, no matter what that entails. We will provide all the tips and guidance you need to feel comfortable eating away from home.
Proper sleep is a critical part of any healthy lifestyle as it affects everything from hormone balance, immunity, and weight loss. We will discuss the optimal sleep routine and how best to implement it into your life.
Stress - we all have it! It's all about HOW you adapt and respond to stress. We will help you understand what happens in your body when you are stressed, then equip you with practical solutions to get results.
During this phase of the program, you will learn how your body personally responds to food - which foods are your 'friends' and which are your 'foes' when it comes to optimizing your health and weight. This session we dedicate time teaching you how to know which foods are best for you. PLUS, we will cover the most important foundational supplements to 'fill the gaps' and swing the needle in the right direction for quicker results.
In this lesson, we discuss the difference plus benefits of both movement and exercise, as well as what types are best for you at your stage in life.
