My passion for health and healing started with my own story.

Growing up, I was overweight, tired, and constipated while eating a diet full of convenient, processed foods. But everything changed after a tonsillectomy at age 16 — I lost weight and, for the first time, I could see the muscles showing through. That moment sparked something in me. I realized I had the power to change my health (and body), and I began exercising, cooking real food, and embracing a more holistic way of living.

I felt better than I ever had, and even more powerful was the realization that I could help others feel that way too. That’s when I knew I had found my calling.

Today, I’ve spent over three decades helping women reclaim their health and vitality through an integrative, functional approach that gets to the root of what’s holding them back.
