
Cod and sauteed veggies
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale chopped
- 1/4 cup red cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup brussel sprouts chopped
- 1/4 cup bok choy chopped
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1/4 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cod filet
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F. Season cod with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Bake forabout 10-15 minutes, until it is flakey.

Wash and chop veggies. Sautee them in avocado oil and ginger, turmeric, and paprika until soft.
