Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil unrefined, virgin
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk together over medium heat until it is all combined and fully liquid (about 3-5 minutes).

  2. Pour the mixture into a 9×9 baking dish lined with parchment paper, making sure it is evenly spread across the pan.

  3. Place the pan in the freezer for about 1 hour, until completely hardened.

  4. Remove from the freezer, slice into small squares, and enjoy!

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Recipe Notes

Sprinkle dark chocolate chips (I prefer Ghiardelli) and/or coarse Himalayan sea salt on top for added flavor and texture!

*This will add to the calories if you add the chocolate.

I truly believe we need not fall victim to our family’s genetics. Rather, we have the choice and power to direct the destiny of our health and weight, based on the way we eat, move and live our life. I’m here to help you navigate that journey.

Seeing and hearing the results from my clients is what brings me to work every day. There’s nothing better than a client telling me they no longer suffer from the symptoms that plagued them for years and that their healthy journey was so easy and enjoyable.
